On February 26, 2026 at 17:30 in Dobrich Art Gallery will be opened the final exhibition of “Graphic Dialogues” Project from the Graphic Art Gallery – Varna fund. The exposition is titled “Bulgarian Graphic Art – Global Dialogue. Laureates of the International Biennial of Graphic Arts – Varna.”

The exhibition includes 57 emblematic works by Bulgarian graphic artists, winners of awards from the International Biennial of Graphic Arts in Varna from its first edition in 1981 to the present day. This is a meeting with artists who have turned Varna into an authoritative center of world art and redrawn the boundaries of graphic language.

On February 5, 2026, the first permanent exposition of the Gallery of Graphic Art was opened in the building of the “Boris Georgiev” City Art Gallery – Varna. The collection “World Graphics. Winners of the Grand Prize of the City of Varna from the International Biennial of Graphic Arts” presents masterpieces of world graphics. The prestigious selection traces and documents the development of graphics and the searches of the artists from the end of the 20th century to the present day, reflecting the change in philosophical and aesthetic trends. It connects the artistic heritage of the last century with the dynamics of today, turning the gallery into a living space for dialogue between generations and their ideas about time and space.

The event is a part of “Dobrudzha – Cultural Compass: Tradition, Modernity, Community” Dobrich Municipality Project financed by the NFC.
